Rules

* All person's must sign a waiver and name/license plate log before entering the dunes.

* Littering will not be tolerated.  Put all trash in trash bags. (Available at main entrance.)

* No night riding in the dunes any longer.

* Entrance will be locked at 9 p.m.

* Keep bathrooms sanitary, they are made and kept clean for your use.

* No weapons of any kind, nor firearms are permitted on the premises.

* Cameras and camcorders are welcomed.

* Music is permitted as long as in good taste. No profanity and keep volume down.

* Lights out whenever you feel like it.

* Park where you can find a spot.

* Absolutely no fighting will be tolerated. (Violators will be kicked out permanently.)

* Tools for basic cycle repair are available, not for borrowing.

* Sprinkler systems are rotated in high dust areas to keep dust down.

* The Dunes Inc is not responsible for possessions left on the premises, no exceptions.

* No speeding, wheelies, or reckless operations of any vehicles in the camp grounds.

* Speed limit is 5 mph and will be enforced in the camping area.

* All ATV's or Off-road vehicles must have a red or orange flag mounted on them.

* Transporting open containers of beer in any vehicle is prohibited.

* All alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the dunes riding area.

* All persons under the age of 21 may not drink or possess any alcoholic beverages.

* No glass containers are allowed at the dunes facility.

* Campfires are permitted in the campground in approved grills only.

* Absolutely no burning of tires or pallets.

* Parents, limit children to and from the dunes area or bathrooms only.

* All pets must remain on a chain or leash, "NOT", to exceed 10' in length.

* Obey all warning signs and instructions given by the safety patrol.

* All children 16 and under must wear a helmet when riding in the dunes.

* It is recommended that all rider wear helmets.

* Jet Ski's and/or Jet Boats are no longer allowed on the lakes.
